ARKADELPHIA, Ark. – 
Caitlin Kobiske turned in a double-double and a game-high 23 points to power Southeastern to a 60-47 win over Ouachita Baptist on Thursday night in Arkadelphia, Ark.
 
The win lifts the Savage Storm to 13-6 overall on the year and 10-3 in Great American Conference play heading into the second half of the weekend road trip on Saturday afternoon at 1 p.m. versus Henderson State back in Arkadelphia, Ark.
 
Kobiske would finish the contest hitting 8-of-13 overall with a pair of threes while adding a 5-of-6 effort at the free throw line to lead al offensive players int eh game.
 
She followed that with 10 rebounds to round out the double-double, her second of the year, and added a trio of assists.
 
Kenzli Warden would join her in double-figures with 10 points and nearly completed a double-double of her own, finishing with nine rebounds.
 
Ashton Hackler would turn in nine points off the bench on the strength of a pair of threes, while 
Holli Lindley and 
Stevie Stinchcomb each turned in eight points.
 
SE got on the board first and over the first four minutes would push its lead out to 8-3 following a Warden jumper.
 
OBU would answer with a 12-2 run to take a 15-10 lead in the final minute of the quarter, but a Hackler three would close the gap to 15-13 at the first quarter break.
 
Kobiske would score SE's first nine points in the second quarter, going on her own 9-2 run, giving the Storm a 22-17 lead by the 4:44 mark of the second quarter.
 
The Tigers would trim the SE advantage to two points over the next minute and a half, but the Storm would score seven of the next nine points, taking a 29-22 lead.
 
OBU followed with a 9-2 run to knot the game at 31-31, and after trading buckets, Stinchcomb would trigger a 6-0 to regain the lead for the Storm on its way to a 44-39 advantage at the final quarter break.
 
The Tigers scored first in the fourth, but SE responded with a 9-0 run capped by a pair of Kobiske free throws to give the Storm a 53-41 lead midway through the quarter.
 
The Storm lead would peak at 13 points on its way to the final score of 60-47.
