Karen Kim led the way for Southeastern as the Savage Storm posted a 36-hole 636 to finish ninth at the Arkansas Collegiate hosted by Southern Arkansas at Mystic Creek Golf Course in El Dorado, Ark.

SE finished 45 strokes ahead of 10
th place Southern Nazarene, and just six shots out of eighth-place behind Arkansas-Monticello.

Henderson State took the top spot, followed by Harding and host SAU. Cameron and Arkansas Tech rounded out the top five, with Christian brothers and Missouri Southern tied for sixth.

Kim finished tied for 16
th after firing a 161 over two rounds, posting an 86 on day one before turning around and matching the best score of the day in round two with a 75.

Carley Button was next in for the Storm, firing a 36-hole 166 by carding matching rounds of 83 on Monday and Tuesday to finish tied for 32nd.

Hailey Richard followed in 39
th with a 172 on matching rounds of 86.

Hope Walthall turned in a 179 after rounds of 92 and 87 to finish tied or 43
rd.

Lucy Handley rounded out the Storm competitors, finishing 47
th with a two-round score of 182 on rounds of 97 and 85.

Southeastern will be back in action March 24-25 when it travels to Hardscrabble CC in Fort Smith, Ark., for the Hardscrabble Invitational.
