DURANT, Okla. – Southeastern celebrated the 2024-25 sports season on Monday night with the 2025 Southeastern Choice award held at Choctaw Casino and Resort, recognizing a litany of honors including team MVP's, Scholar Athletes, and naming the finalists for the Male and Female Athletes of the Year.

The event was organized by the Student Athlete Advisory Committee and was emceed by SAAC president
DJ Brown and vice-president
Trent Pollard.

A total of 13 student-athletes were named as finalists for the Athlete of the Year honors, seven women and six men.

Additionally, the SAAC recognized Keystone Broadcasting's Bob Sullins and Jay Lindly in recognition of the 10-year anniversary of the creation of the Southeastern Sports network.

Abbie Barr from women's basketball for the women and
Trent Pollard form men's golf for the men.
