Karson Green

Karson Green

Karson Green joined the Southeastern football program in January of 2023 and will coach the team's offensive line.

He joins the Savage Storm after a season with Southwestern Oklahoma State where he also served as the offensive line coach.

His 2023 line was anchored by All-GAC selection Stephan Zabie at tackle, helping Southeastern finish int he too half of the league in both rushing and passing.

Prior to SWOSU, Green spent two seasons at Central Oklahoma as the Offensive Line Coach for the Bronchos. It was his second stint in Edmond, having also been a graduate assistant for UCO from 2018-19.

In between coaching jobs at UCO, Green spent a year at NCAA Division I University of Massachusetts where he coached offensive line and was an offensive quality control coach. While at UMass, Green coached Larnell Coleman, who was selected in the seventh round of the 2021 NFL Draft.

He started his coaching career at Plainview High School during the 2017 school year as both the Offensive and Defensive Line Coach.
 
During his playing days, Green spent two seasons at Northeastern Oklahoma A&M (NEO) College before transferring to Iowa State in 2016.

A native of Madill, Okla., Green holds a bachelor’s degree in Liberal Arts & Sciences from Iowa State and a master’s degree in Interdisciplinary Studies of History from UCO. He and his wife Bre’Anna have twin daughters, Natalie Kaye and Remi Lou.
