Travis Kincheloe joined the Savage Storm staff as a graduate assistant working with academics and the offensive line prior to the 2013 season.

Kincheloe makes the move from the field to the sidelines after having wrapped up his eligibility after the 2012 season.

In 2014 the offensive line had a pair of All-Great American Conference performers and plowed the way for 4,853 yards of total offense on the year.  While in the classroom eight players earned Academic All-GAC honors and 81 earned AD honor roll honors over two semesters.

In his first season in the role, SE football put 74 players on the AD’s Honor Roll over two semesters, including 46 for the fall during the playing season.

In working with the offensive line, Southeastern posted a school record 4,895 yards of total offense, with 1,816 yards coming on the ground.

Devlon Wortham was named the GAC’s Freshman of the Year after his 1,149 yard rushing performance.

He was the Great American Conference Male Scholar Athlete after the 2011-12 season and was a first team All-Lone Star Conference North Division selection in 2010.

Kincheloe is a 2012 graduate of Southeastern and added a master’s in sports studies and athletic administration from SE in 2014.

He and his wife, Laura, have a daughter,  McKinley.
