Megan Kunkel, Southeastern was unable to pull out a road win, falling to Ouachita Baptist on Friday night, 3-1, in Arkadelphia, Ark.

The loss is the second in-a-row in Great American Conference play and drops the Savage Storm to 10-13 overall and 4-5 in league play.

Gentle led all attackers with 16 kills on the night, with Kunkel right behind at 15, while
Ariel Sanders just missed double-figures with nine.

Madelynne Cera turned in 36 assists and chipped in five kills along with eight digs and a block.

On defense,
Taylor Benner led all defenders with 26 digs, while
Courtney Miller added 21 and Kunkel completed a double-double with 13.

Sanders led the net defense with three blocks, while Gentle and Kunkel each added two.

OBU jumped out to a lead in the match with a 25-22 win in the first set, but the Storm came back with a dominant 25-11 win in the second set which included a 6-0 run and two 4-0 runs.

The Tigers broke a 7-7 tie in the third set with a 7-1 run and an SE rally would fall short in a 25-22 loss.

OBU would go on to take the fourth set 25-20 and win the match 3-1.
