DURANT, Okla. – Southeastern will put the exhibition season in the rearview mirror and open the 2013-14 season proper on Nov. 9 when it hosts Science and Arts of Oklahoma at 7:30 p.m. in Bloomer Sullivan Arena.

The Savage Storm wrapped up a brutal exhibition schedule with an 0-3 record, but did so against a trio of division I opponents, playing three games over six days that saw them take on Texas-San Antonio, Texas-El Paso and North Texas.

SE had three players average double-digits over that run, led by
Urald King who is making his return to the court in earnest after missing the 2012-13 season due to an injury. He tallied 11.7 ppg and led the team in rebounds over that span as well with 8.3 per game.

Darius Harris was next with 11.0 ppg on the exhibition season, while
Quinton Threadgill added 10.7 ppg.

Taylor Smaller chipped in 8.7 and the team had two other average at least five points per outing.

While the Storm was outscored, they definitely held their own on the boards, averaging 36.3 rpg as a team compared to 36.7 per game by their DI opponents.

In addition to King's 8.3 per game, Harris added 5.7 per contest and
Trevor Jackson pulled down 4.7.

Threadgill dished out a team-high 13 assists over the three game series.

USAO comes to town with three games under their belt as well, and are 0-3 after losses to Northwestern Oklahoma State, LSU-Shreveport and Central Oklahoma.

They are led on the offensive side by Tyler Reynolds who is pouring in 18.5 ppg, while the team as a whole is averaging 80.0 ppg.

Reynolds leads the way on the glass with 5.5 rebounds per game, while Markens Charles is dishing out a team-best 4.5 assists per outing.
