DURANT, Okla. – The Southeastern men's and women's tennis programs are set to open the championship portion of their seasons when they host Austin College at 4 p.m. at the Southeastern Tennis Complex on Monday afternoon.

The match is the first of five scheduled home contests for both programs.

The Savage Storm men come into the fall with a 2-0 mark from its two head-to-head matches in the fall.

SE also comes into the spring with a No. 40 national ranking in the ITA Preseason Poll and is picked to finish second in the Great American Conference according to the league's preseason poll.

The two teams met in the fall portion of the schedule with the Storm travelling south of the Red River to pick up a 9-0 win in Sherman, Texas.

The women come into Monday's meeting with a 1-1 record after the fall season.

Southeastern was picked to finish fifth in the GAC Preseason Poll on the women's side.

After Monday's matchup, the teams will host just four more home matches as the schedule currently sits, with the next coming March 3 when the Storm host Dallas Baptist at 2 p.m. at the Southeastern Tennis Complex.
