DURANT, Okla. – Southeastern sets out to even its record when it makes its second trek into Arkansas on the season, this time to Russellville, Ark., to face Arkansas Tech at 2 p.m. on Oct. 24.

The Savage Storm enter the matchup at 3-4 on the year following a 63-60 quadruple overtime loss to Harding, while the Wonder Boys are 5-2 on the season and coming off a 20-19 loss at the hands of East Central.

In SE's last outing it overcame a 21 point fourth quarter deficit to tie the game against HU with 11 seconds remaining.

The game would go back-and-forth for a school and conference record four overtimes before the Bisons would steal the 63-60 win.

Ryan Polite threw for 398 yards and five touchdowns in that game, setting school records for completions and attempts and posting the fourth best single game passing yardage mark in school history and the best since the 2007 season.

The outing put him over 2,000 yards on the season at 2,097 with 13 touchdowns while completing 59.8 percent of his passes.

SE's running game never really got off the ground against HU, but Ronnie Green did score a pair of touchdowns and has emerged as a dual threat out of the backfield on the year with 419 rushing yards and six touchdowns to go with 22 catches for 295 yards.

Kevin Jones leads the defense on the year with 48 tackles, while Nicholas Sierra and Patrick Howard have each added 5.5 tackles for loss this season.

Raheem Wilson has snagged three interceptions, while Jacoby Sanders has picked off a pair, while Sanders has seven pass breakups and Wilson has six.

The Storm offense is scoring 31.6 ppg and averaging 445.4 yards per game of total offense, with nearly 300 of that coming through the air.

The defense is allowing just 330.3 ypg on the year and has been especially stout against the pass, allowing 136.6 ypg passing which is tops in the conference and ranked 10th in the nation.
