DURANT, Okla. – After securing the final spot in the Great American Conference Tournament Southeastern will now hit the road for the final regular season contest of the year to take on rival East Central at 7 p.m. in Ada, Okla.

The Savage Storm come into the regular-season finale with a 6-22 record overall and a 4-11 mark in GAC play after a loss on Tuesday to Oklahoma Baptist.

The Tigers come into the weekend with a 7-20 mark overall and a 2-13 record in league play, winning their last two after breaking a three match losing streak.

When the pair met in Durant on Sept. 24 it was all Southeastern in a 3-0 win in which the Storm hit .351 as a team for the match with 44 kills and just 11 errors.

Abby Jameson had 13 kills and
Julia Benford added 12 while hitting .600, with
Alissa Benson dishing out 38 assists.

SE will be looking to Benford to continue her strong offensive performance form the middle where she has lifted her season mark to 2.94 kills per set, while
Arianna Baker completes the middle threat with 2.01 kps, with both hitting above or near .300 on the year.

That duo also paces the defense with Baker racking up a team-best 67 blocks, while Benford is on her tail at 62.

Meanwhile,
Charlene Nerio leads the back row with 4.43 digs per set, leading a group of nine players who are average more than one per set.

On the year ECU is hitting .133 and averaging 10.5 kps, led by Mdyson Gill at 2.77 kps.

The defense is paced by Hayley Gerken's 90 total blocks, while Lily Porsa leads the back row with 3.60 digs per set.Â
