DURANT, Okla. – Southeastern closed out a back-to-back weekend of volleyball with a 3-0 loss to Harding on Saturday morning in Bloomer Sullivan Arena.

The Savage Storm slipped to 1-16 overall and 0-7 in Great American Conference play heading into a road back-to-back versus Henderson State and Ouachita Baptist, both in Arkadelphia, Ark., on Oct. 17 and 18, respectively.

SE dropped the opening set 25-18 and closed the gap in set two but fell 25-19 to trail the Bisons 2-0. HU would take the third set 25-17 to swipe the match 3-0.

Caroline Griffith led the Storm offensively with 10 kills, while
Malaysia Burns added seven with
Hannah Grant and
Aleksandra Rodic each adding six.

Arabella Bouchard turned in 26 assists handing the setting duties, adding nine digs and a pair of blocks on defense.

Caitlin Cosby led all defenders with 17 digs while
Grace Shehadeh added 12.

Burns added three blocks to lead the defense at the net while Bouchard and
McKenzie Turkoly added two apiece.
