SE Set for Road Matchup Against OBU

DURANT, Okla. – Southeastern sets out on its second-straight road matchup on Oct. 5 when it travels to Arkadelphia, Ark., to take on sixth-ranked Ouachita Baptist at noon.
 
The Savage Storm head into the contest with a 1-3 record overall on the year and in Great American Conference play and are looking to end a two-game losing streak in which both losses came in the final minute of the game.
 
SE comes in averaging 23.3 ppg on the season while allowing 26.5, and is putting up 380.5 yards per game of total offense, bolstered by 271.0 ypg passing.
 
Rollin Kinsaul leads the passing attack with 640 yards while completing 53.3 percent of his passes, while Daulton Hatley has added 427 yards and thrown four TDs of his own.
 
Both quarterbacks have been fond of a trio of Storm receivers with Braxton Kincade and Felton Hatcher each hauling in 19 catches while Duce Pittman has added 17 catches.
 
Kincade leads SE with 293 yards receiving and three scores, while Hatcher has added 256 yards and Pittman has chipped in 216 and a touchdown.
 
CJ Shavers has led the Storm rushing attack with 202 yards and two touchdowns.
 
Defensively, Conner Swope paces SE and the entire GAC in tackles with 44 total on the year, averaging 11.0 tackles per game, while adding 5.5 tackles for loss.
 
OBU comes into the weekend winners of four-straight, including a 26-21 victory over Southwestern Oklahoma State in its last game out.
 
The Tigers average 28.8 ppg while holding opponents to 14.8 ppg.
 
OBU leans on its rushing attack, putting up 20.8 yards per game on the ground, led by Bropckton Brown's 243 yards on 42 carries with five touchdowns, while Shun'cee Thoms has added 228 on 55 carries with one score.
 
Brayden Brrazeal has completed 80.5 percent of his passes for 726 yards on the year and six touchdowns, with 38 of his 62 completions going to Allie Freeman who has 340 receiving yards and two touchdowns on those 38 catches.
 
Austin Guymon leads the Tiger defense with 31 tackles, while Keandre Evans has a pair of interceptions.
