DURANT, Okla. – Southeastern will set out to even its season record when it takes to the road for the first time in 2019 to face Northwestern Oklahoma State on Sept. 14 at 6 p.m. in Alva, Okla.

The Savage Storm head into its first road trip with an 0-1 record after a loss to open the year against Southwestern Oklahoma State, while the Rangers host the matchup after a road win over East Central last Thursday.

The SE offense amassed 425 yards of total offense on the strength of a combined 347 yards through the air.

That air attack was paced in yards by
Rollin Kinsaul who threw for 193 yards on 22 completions, while
Daulton Hatley added 154 yards and a touchdown.

Braxton Kincade was the top target with nine catches for 106 yards, while
Felton Hatcher finished with 97 yards on eight grabs and
Katrell Blakely added 45 yards and a score.

The Storm was stung by six turnovers in the contest.

Conner Swope led the way with 10 tackles while
Ja'Lon Freeman added eight stops.

NWOSU collected just 238 yards of total offense in its 21-13 win over ECU, with Trent Easley throwing for 158 yards and a touchdown to lead the way.
