Tennis Set to Host Senior Day Matches Thursday

DURANT, Okla. – Fresh off wins by both the men's and the women's programs, Southeastern tennis will open conference play while also celebrating Senior Day on March 25 as both teams host Oklahoma Baptist at 2 p.m. at the Southeastern Tennis Complex.
 
A total of eight Savage Storm players will be recognized for their careers at SE as they near their conclusions, six from the women's squad and two from the men.
 
The women will be recognizing Rachel Routledge, India Shiaelis, Diana Budnik, Nina Sergeev, Nicole Maldonado, and Chantal Lozano.
 
The men will be honoring Juan Scoppetta and George Botha.
 
The Storm women come into the matchup at 7-5 on the season and riding a three-match winning streak, while OBU comes to town to open GAC play with a 1-13 record and nursing a nine-match losing skid.
 
The Southeastern men head into Thursday with a 5-6 record and are coming off a win last match out, while the Bison enter with a 1-11 record overall and an 0-2 mark in MIAA play.
