DURANT, Okla. – Southeastern will be looking to get back in the win column when it returns to Great American Conference play for the first time in Bloomer Sullivan Gymnasium this season as it hosts Southern Nazarene at 7 p.m. on Sept. 23.

The Savage Storm come into the contest with a 4-5 record overall on the season and a 1-1 mark in league play after suffering its first loss in conference play on Tuesday night. Despite that loss, SE has still won three of its last four heading into Thursday.

Southeastern was led offensively on Tuesday by
Skylor Lewis who finished that matchup with 10 kills and is currently ranked second in the GAC with 3.50 kills per set.

Ruthie Forson continues to fuel the offense and is fifth in the league in assists with 8.76 assists per set while also adding 1.59 kills per set on offense to go with 2.82 digs per set defensively.

Grace Shehadeh paces the back row defensive effort with 4.97 digs per set, which is third in the GAC, while the Storm as a team are averaging 17.47 per set.

Mya Afflerbach and
Caroline Griffith lead the defense at the net with 13 total blocks apiece.

The Crimson Storm come into the matchup with a 405 record on the season overall and an 0-2 mark in GAC play which includes back-to-back losses to open league play.

SNU is led offensively by Whitney Bowie who is putting up 2.29 kills per set, while Breckynn Myers leads the team in assists with 5.09 per set.

Madeline Lynch leads the back row defense to the tune of 4.00 digs per set, while Bailey Grimes patrols the net with 31 total blocks.
