D'Nari Mills turned in a 20-20 performance to lead Southeastern to a come-from-behind road victory over Arkansas tech, rallying from two-sets down to win the final three and take the contest 3-2 in Russellville, Ark.

The win lifts the Savage Storm to 9-12 on the season overall and 5-5 in great American Conference play heading into a Friday afternoon matchup with Harding at 4 p.m. in Searcy, Ark.

Nicole Solum-Mitchell. "I'm so proud of this group for fighting together and coming back for this reverse sweep. This truly was a team effort. Tech pushed us more than we expected. Our middles really showed up in the 3rd set to give us another threat. Love this group and ready to take on Harding tomorrow."

Mills would post 21 kills to lead all attackers and also matched the match high with 20 digs, posting her first 20-20 outing of the season.

Sandra Acheampong followed with 12 kills, while
Ruthie Forson was next in line with 11.

Faith Fruebbe chipped in eight kills and
Michera Moffett added six.

Forson would add a match-high 43 assists to her 11 kills on offense, and would wrap up her third triple-double fo the season by finishing with nine digs.

Mills and
Amaya Constantino each posted 20 digs, while Kruebbe added 13 digs.

SE would mount a furious rally to end the first set, trailing 23-20 before tying the match at 24-24. However, ATU would score the final two points to take the set 26-24.

The Golden Suns would use a 12-2 run to close set two and take the set 25-17 for a 2-0 lead.

Southeastern would return the favor in the third set, using an 8-1 run to mount a lead and pull away with a 25-14 win to trim the deficit to 2-1.

The Storm would repeat its act in the fourth set, using a 7-1 run to take control and holding on for a 25-22 win to even the match at 2-2.

In the final set, SE would take 12 of the final 16 points to pull away for a 15-7 win, clinching the come-from-behind, 3-2 victory.
