DURANT, Okla. – Four the second-straight week Southeastern will take the field in the friendly confines of Paul Laird Field, this time looking to defend it from league-leading No. 4/5 ranked Harding on Oct. 28 at 2 p.m.

The Savage Storm are riding a three-game winning streak after posting a three-score victory over Southwestern a week ago to improve to 4-4 on the season.

Kane Donovan became the second quarterback this season for the Storm to pick up a win in his first start, stepping in for
Weston Conaway who did the same thing himself just two weeks before versus Arkansas-Monticello.

Donovan turned in a 259 yard passing effort, completing 60.5 percent of his passes with a trio of touchdown tosses.

SE features seven receivers who have logged a touchdown this season, with
Marquis Gray leading that group with five scores, while
Gyasi Smith and
DJ Brown have two touchdowns each.

Gray has racked up 382 yards despite missing two games, while
Hunter Hawthorne leads the way in receptions with 28 and yardage with 398 yards, while
Kaleb Whitley has added 381 yards and a score on 27 receptions.

On the ground, SE has picked up the pace on the strength of Brown's efforts as he has piled up 447 yards on 102 carries with four touchdowns, while
Ryan Hirt has scored four touchdowns on 22 yards rushing with 30 carries.

The defense has been led by
Michael Hookfin who has tallied 51 tackles on the season and is one of the best tacklers in the league in space, ranking among the nation's best in solo tackles.

Cameron Tate is right behind with 48 stops on the season, while
Kevin Simes has turned in a team-best eight sacks while Hookfin,
PJ Larry, and
Joseph Jones each have two interceptions.

Harding comes into the weekend with an 8-0 record following a 54-20 win over Southern Arkansas.

The Bisons do nearly all their damage on the ground offensively, averaging 417.8 yards per game rushing while posting just 50.1 ypg through the air.

HU is led by Blake Delacruz who has 691 yards and 15 touchdowns on 103 carries, while Braden Jay has added 614 yards and six scores on 40 carries.

Cole Keylon has completed 14-of-30 passes on the season for 394 yards and six touchdowns.

Darius Brown has a pair of catches for a team-best 110 yards and two touchdowns, while Will White has the team-lead in receiving scores with three. Jay leads the team in receptions with five.

Clark Griffin leads the team with 47 tackles, while Nathaniel Wallace and Dre Hall have 5.5 sacks apiece.
