DURANT, Okla. – Following his performance in a pair of dominant Southeastern wins,
Kody Clouet has been named Great American Conference Men's basketball Player of the Week.

Clouet, a junior from San Marcos, Calif., averaged 24.0 points per game while shooting 51.9 percent overall and 50.0 percent from beyond the arc in wins over Ouachita Baptist and Henderson State.

He would post a career-high 33 points in the 95-74 win over OBU, hitting 9-of-17 overall and draining seven threes on the night. In addition, he would go 8-og-8 at the free throw line and pull down five rebounds and hand out three assists.

Couet would follow up with a 15-point effort versus HSU in a 93-68 win, hitting 5-of-10 from the floor with a pair of threes while pulling down five rebounds.

It is the first player of the week award for Clouet this season, and the sixth overall for a member of the men's program. It is also the fourth-straight week that a Storm men's basketball player has won the award following on the heels of
Brennen Burns picking up three-straight.
