BARTLESVILLE, Okla. – Southeastern Oklahoma State moves to 8-2 on the season after picking up a 6-1 win over William Jewell.

The Savage Storm swept the doubles point, winning at all three courts to take a 1-0 advantage.
Luis Ching and
Luke Tinnock turned in the first win at No. 3 6-1 and were quickly followed by a victory at No. 2 by
Benjamin Fracassi and
Djordje Kurcubic. The duo of
German Vallejo and
Jose Pinto capped off the strong start with a 6-4 win at No. 1.

SE's lead grew to 2-0 after Tinnock turned in a win in straight sets at No. 3 6-1 and 6-1, but William Jewell pulled within one with victory at No. 1 to bring the match to 2-1. Fracassi extended the Storm's lead back to two, earning a win at No. 2 in three sets, and
Djordje Kurcubic was the match clincher with a 6-2 and 6-1 victory at No. 6.

David Palomares rounded the singles round, each picking up a win at Courts 5 and 4. Southeastern (8-2) is back on the court on Monday from Bartlesville, as they take on Oklahoma Wesleyan at 2 p.m.
