Kansas City, Mo. – The Mid-America Intercollegiate Athletics Association announced the Spring Academic Awards for 2025, and Southeastern's
Luis Ching,
David Gonzalez,
Djordje Kurcubic and
David Palomares earned Academic Honor Roll recognition. Additionally, Gonzalez and Palomares received Scholar-Athlete honors with a GPA of 3.50 or higher.
This season, the quartet combined for 30 singles wins and 20 doubles victories, led by Kurcubic with 10 singles victories and Ching with nine doubles wins. The Storm finished the 2025 campaign with a 10-5 overall mark and a 1-3 MIAA record, earning a 4-3 win against Newman.
