SE Football Opens Home Schedule Versus Ouachita Baptist

DURANT, Okla. – Southeastern returns to the friendly confines of Paul Laird Field at Spend Life Wisely Stadium is it opens the home portion of its 2026 schedule by hosting Ouachita Baptist at 6 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 12.
 
Southeastern fans can listen live via the Southeastern Sports Network on GoSoutheastern.com/SESportsNet or across the largest DII radio network in the area with Jay Lindly and Rob Johnson on the call. Local fans can pick up the game on 96.1 FM, while fans across southeastern Oklahoma and north Texas can pick up the games on 94.7 FM in Valliant, Okla., 97.7 in Ardmore, Okla., 99.5 in Rattan, Okla., 102.1 in Atoka, Okla., and 107.5 in Atoka.
 
Fans can watch the contest via the all-new GAC Sports Network which provides fans with comprehensive live and on-demand broadcast coverage from seven participating member institutions and selected GAC post-season championship events.
 
Participating institutions for the upcoming academic year include Arkansas Tech, Arkansas–Monticello, East Central, Oklahoma Baptist, Southeastern Oklahoma State, Southern Arkansas, and Southern Nazarene. By implementing this collective subscription model, the GAC joins fourteen other NCAA Division II conferences that utilize similar networks to enhance broadcast quality and provide resources for campus operations.
 
The GAC Sports Network offers flexible subscription tiers in 2026-27:
* 2026-27 Season Pass ($150): The ultimate package for dedicated fans. Provides access to all participating regular season broadcasts, plus all GAC postseason and conference championship events. This is Valid through June 30, 2027.
* Monthly Pass ($25/month): An auto-renewing subscription providing access to all participating regular season broadcasts across all sports. (Note: Does not include postseason or championship events).
* Football Day Pass ($15): Single-Saturday access to all participating regular season football broadcasts available on that specific day.
 
Southeastern heads into the home opener with a 1-0 record following a 21-12 road victory over Arkansas-Monticello in the season-opener on Sept. 3.
 
The SE defense held UAM to 184 yards of total offense in the contest, including 58 yards on the ground.
 
Wallis led the defense with seven total tackles, three of them sacks for a total loss of 20 yards.
 
Sebock was right on his heels with six total stops and a pair of sacks.
 
Kole McKnight logged a pair of pass breakups and Tony Hamilton recorded an interception.
 
The Storm offense logged 322 yards of total offense, doing the bulk of its work on the ground with 233 yards rushing.
 
Five players recorded five or more carries, with Jaylen Holloway leading the rushing attack with 12 carries for 64 yards.
 
Levay Duncan was next in line with 53 yards on nine carries with a touchdown, while Luke Hohenberger picked up 47 yards on five totes.
 
Ouachita Baptist comes to town following a 27-17 season-opening loss at home to East Central.
 
The OBU offense put up 260 total yards of offense, 186 of it coming on the ground, while allowing 429 yards to its opponent which went for 200-plus yards in the passing and the rushing game.
 
Tre Nichols led the way for the Tigers with 97 yards on 17 carries while adding an 8-for-21 performance passing for 74 yards and a touchdown.
 
Jaylen Boardley added 12 carries for 48 yards while Carter McElhany hauled in four catches for 44 yards.
 
The OBU defense was led by Kris Robinson who finished with 13 tackles while Justin Crutchemeyer added 12 stops, including two tackles for loss.
