DURANT, Okla. – Southeastern will set out to push its conference record back above .500 when it travels to Russellville, Ark., for a three-game series against Arkansas Tech March 8-9.
The series kicks off with a 7 p.m. meeting on March 8, followed by a double-header slated for a 1 p.m. first pitch on March 9.
The Savage Strom are coming off a 4-1 week that included a double-header sweep of Tarleton State followed by taking two-of-three from conference foe Harding.

On the strength of last week's performance, Alexander has climbed to the top of the Storm hitting list with a .333 average along with eight RBI.
Evan Ramsey is right behind at .326 with team-highs of four homers and 16 RBI.
Ryan Salter follows with a .322 mark on the season and team-highs of 14 runs scored and 16 stolen bases.
SE has also gotten outstanding outings from its pitching staff which has compiled a 3.36 staff ERA.
The starting rotation is led by
Vance Woodruff who has a 2.36 ERA and a 1-2 record in four starts with 23 strikeouts.
Despite posting a 3.52 ERA over five starts with a pair of complete games and 24 strikeouts,
Brandon Marris has yet to record a win and sits at 0-3.
Eddie Cervantes leads the team in wins with a 3-1 record in six appearances, while
Cameron Mann has made nine appearances and posted a 2.04 ERA and five saves.
ATU enters the weekend with a 17-5 record on the season and a 6-0 mark in GAC play to lead the conference.
The Wonder Boys are led by a duo of heavy hitters with Cesar Abreu hitting .459 with 16 RBI and Cole Fergus posting a .427 average with 17 RBI.
Ryan Taylor leads their starting rotation with a 2.60 ERA and a 3-1 record, while Danny Parker carries a 3-0 record and a 2.60 ERA.
Boone Weiss paces their reliever with a 0.84 ERA and a 1-0 record with five saves in eight appearances and 10.2 innings pitched.
