Carter Olson closes out baseball's awards season by taking home ABCA/Rawlings Third Team All-American honors.

Olson adds the award to his All-American selection by the NCBWA as well as All-Region selections by the ABCA, D2CCA, and NCBWA.

He opened the postseason by earning First Team All-Great American Conference honors.
Â
Olson, a senior first baseman from Mansfield, Texas, closed the season with a .373 average and is fourth nationally in home runs with 23 while leading the team in RBI with 69 along with 11 doubles and a .982 fielding percentage.

Olson is joined by
JJ Bush as players to earn All-American honors this postseason, with Bush taking home the honor from the NCBWA, while
Ryan Kirk joined the duo as an All-Region honoree.
