The loss drops the Savage Storm to 9-6 overall on the season and 4-3 in GAC play with a double-header on Saturday slated for a noon start.

Evan Ramsey each collected a pair of hits, while
Ryan Salter picked up the only other hit for SE.

Salter stole a pair of bases, while
Trevor Bowen picked up one.

Canyon Conley was tagged with the loss, falling to 1-2 on the season after tossing 6.2 innings and allowing six runs, three earned, on six hits with nine strikeouts.

Jaime Paxton tossed 1.1 innings in relief without allowing a base runner.

For the contest, SE stranded nine runners, four of which were in scoring position.

Harding posted a run in the first and another in the third to open up a 2-0 lead.
