In game one SE out-hit SAU 11-to-5 and used four pitchers to cobble together a solid combined performance and earn the win.

SAU opened a 1-0 lead in the second inning, but a Soisson sac fly that scored Ramsey in the fourth evened the game at 1-1.

A Colley sacrifice fly in the fifth followed by a failed pick-off attempt by the Mulerider pitcher that allowed Trevor Bowen to score would give SE a 3-1 lead.

SAU closed the gap to 3-2 with a run in the fifth, but a Burcham home run in the top of the seventh answered to push the lead to 4-2.

The Muleriders would get that run back in the bottom of the seventh, but an RBI single by Ramsey followed by a two-run single by Carter would stretch the Storm lead to 7-3 which would hold to be the final.

The series finale was a pitcher's duel that saw SAU take advantage of an SE error in the fourth inning with two outs to score the game's only run.
