RUSSELLVILLE, Ark.  – Southeastern will jump back into Great American Conference play when it opens its three-game series with Arkansas Tech at 7 p.m. on March 20, with a double-header slated for 1 p.m. on Saturday in Russellville, Ark.

The Savage Storm enter the series with a 9-10 mark overall and a 5-5 record in Great American Conference play.

The Wonder Boys enter the weekend with a 14-10 record overall and a 3-5 mark in league play.

The SE offense has picked up in the last week, with the team lifting its batting average to .271 and pushing its home run total to 12.

They are led by the reigning GAC Player of the Week in
Chance Burcham who is hitting .414 with three home runs, while
Corban Taylor,
Dylan Helms and
Kaleb Thomas are each hitting over .300.

Cody Coats went yard twice in his last outing and is leading the team with fou8r home runs and 16 RBI.

The Storm pitching staff is led by closer
Brady Colbert who has a 3-1 record with three saves and a 3.86 ERA in eight appearances.

Dylan Linke leads the starters with a 3.91 ERA and a 1-0 record in five starts while holding opponents to a .185 batting average.

ATU comes in with a team average of .299, led by Bryan Heward's .398 average, while Patrick Castleberry leads the way with nine homers and 32 RBI.

Cody Jones paces the Wonder Boys pitching staff with a 4-1 record in six starts, while Josh Ryan boats a team-low 1.46 ERA and Randy Vallejo has a team-best four saves.
