DURANT, Okla. – Southeastern heads into the final games of the regular season April 25-26 in Arkadelphia, Ark., looking to run-down league-leading Henderson State in a four-game series and take its third-straight regular season Great American Conference championship.

The series will feature double-headers at noon on both April 25 and April 26.

The Savage Storm enter the series on a roll as winners of seven straight and 17 of its last 19 games to jump from four-games under .500 to a 29-18 record overall and a 23-7 mark in GAC play.

HSU comes in leading the league at 24-6 with a 34-10 overall record, but SE can overtake the Reddies by taking three out of four over their weekend series to claim the regular season title outright.

The Storm comes into the series hitting .349 as a team with a trio of .400 hitters, led by
Haley Strawn who has 14 doubles, six homers and 40 RBI on the year.

She is joined over the .400 mark by
Sydney Kramer at .419 with 12 doubles and 35 RBI as well as
Arianna Jones who is batting .404 with four homers and 31 RBI.

Laramie Beal leads the team in RBI with 42, while a total of seven players have 20 or more RBI on the year.

Jessica Seay has lifted her season record to 13-6 and lowered her ERA to 3.79 on the year with a team-high 97 strikeouts, while
Jacee Bennett leads the team with 14 wins and is right on Seay's heels with 93 K's.

HSU comes into the series hitting .343 on the year and are led by a pair of .400 hitters in Sarah Gipson at .444 and Keirston Seahorn at .402. Gipson leads the team with 12 doubles, eight homers and 55 RBI.

The Reddie pitching staff is led by Michelle Sorenson who is 15-8 on the year with a 2.22 ERA and 118 strikeouts, while Ashlyn White is 11-2 with a 2.69 ERA.
