DURANT, Okla. – Southeastern opens Great American Conference play on Feb. 24-25 with a four-game series against Arkansas-Monticello at The Southeastern Softball Field, with double-headers beginning at 1 p.m. both days.

The Savage Storm come into the series with a 6-4 overall record and boasts a 6-2 home record, including a 4-0 mark at the Southeastern Softball field.

They have also won two-straight after a sweep of Newman on Feb. 16.

SE is paced offensively by
Destiny Riddle who leads a group of seven hitters who are batting better than .300.

Riddle is hitting .394 with four doubles, a home run and a team-best 11 RBI, while
Conner Harmon is next in line at .367 with four doubles, a team-high two home runs and seven RBI.

Jordyn James has added 10 RBI, while
Kennedy Salyers and
Mykaela Wallace have seven RBI each.

Emily Cudd has amassed a 5-1 record in the circle for the Storm with five starts in nine appearances, tossing 37.1 innings. She carries a 3.56 ERA with two complete games, one shutout and 19 strikeouts.

UAM comes to town with a 6-4 mark on the year as well, with all 10 of its games coming in neutral site tournaments in Bentonville, Ark.

They are paced offensively by Korie Parker who is hitting .407 on the year, while Kendra Coleman has four home runs and 10 RBI.

Coleman leads the way in the circle with a 5-0 record over six appearances with four starts, holding a 1.71 ERA with 26 strikeouts.
