DURANT, Okla. – Southeastern softball aims to jump back into the mix in the Great American Conference standings when it welcomes Northwestern Oklahoma State to the Southeastern Softball Field for a four-game series March 3-4 in Durant, Okla.

Double-headers are slated to begin at 1 p.m. both Friday and Saturday.

The Savage Storm come into the series with a 7-7 record overall and a 1-3 mark in league play following its conference opening series last week.

Jardyn James paces the SE offense with a .412 average and has added a home run and 12 RBI.

Destiny Riddle leads the run production categories with 15 RBI and has scored 11 runs of her own along with team bests of six doubles and two home runs.

Mykaela Wallace and
Conner Harmon each have a pair of home runs as well, while
Kennedy Salyers matches Riddle with six doubles and
Symphoni Shomo has a team-high 12 runs scored and three stolen bases.

Emily Cudd has compiled a 6-3 record in 13 appearances with seven starts, three complete games and a pair of shutouts. She has a 4.06 ERA in 51.2 innings pitched and has struck out 26 opposing hitters.

NWOSU is 2-14 overall coming into the series and 0-4 to open the year in conference play after being swept by Arkansas Tech.

Brittany Corrales leads the way with a .390 average with a home runs and five RBI, while Audrey Estes, Madison McGraw and Megan Sanders each have a team-high six RBI.

Madison Garza leads the Ranger pitching staff with a 1-5 record and a 4.88 ERA with a complete game shutout to her credit with 31 strikeouts.
