DURANT, Okla. – No. 41 Southeastern pushed its current winning streak to nine matches as it got a big boost from the bottom half of the lineup to pick up a 6-3 win over Harding over the weekend.

The Savage Storm women improve to 14-2 overall on the year and 5-0 in Great American Conference play.

Against the Bisons, SE got off to a rough start by falling at one doubles, but bounced back strong with
Anna Buiukian and
Samantha Coquinos cruising to an 8-2 win at number tow.

That was followed by another 8-2 win at the three doubles spot by
Maria Martinez and
Luisa Auffarth to come out of doubles with a 2-1 lead.

Alexsandra Reljic would bounce back from the doubles loss to pick up a win at the top of the lineup, downing HU's Piper Huey 6-2, 6-2.

The Storm would fall at numbers two and three to see the match even up at 3-3 though.

Darija Catipovic stopped the slide with a 6-0, 6-4 win at number four over Brittany Smyser.

Martinez would clinch the match victory by topping Arielle Butler 6-2, 6-3 at the five spot.

Auffarth would close out the 6-3 victory by downing Emily Faulkner 6-1, 6-3 in the sixth position.
