DURANT, Okla. – Southeastern women's tennis wrapped up a tough week with a road-loss to St. Mary's after opening the week with its first conference loss of the year, 4-2, at Southern Arkansas.

The Savage Storm are off to an 0-3 start in the spring and will be back in action when it returns home for a March 15 contest with Northwest Missouri State at 2 p.m. in Durant, Okla.

In the week's opener, the Storm were swept in doubles play to fall behind 1-0 and never caught traction in singles play as the one-through-three positions were swept in a 4-0 loss.

Against the Rattlers on Friday,
Chiara Berg and
Sara Dinovic picked up a 6-4 victory at number two doubles, but the Storm fell at one and three to drop the doubles point.

India Shiaelis would tough out a singles win at the three position, downing Rani Goodland 7-6, 3-6, 10-4 to pick up the team's lone point in a 6-1 defeat.
