DURANT, Okla. – Southeastern men's tennis put together three-straight victories, two of them against conference opponents, picking up wins over Oklahoma Baptist, No. 34 Harding, and Northwest Missouri State.

The sweep of matches move the Savage Storm to 7-4 overall and 2-2 in Great American Conference play.

Southeastern started its run with a 5-2 win over Oklahoma Baptist.

The Storm opened that match with
Danrich Kruger and
Sandro Lena picking up a 6-1 win at number two doubles, while
Jason Roberts and
Juan Scoppetta added a 6-4 win at number three to win the doubles point.

Scopetta, ranked No. 17 nationally in singles play, followed that up with a 6-7, 6-3, 6-2 victory at one singles to move the lead to 2-0.

Lena added a 6-3, 2-6, 7-6 win at three to continue the push.

SE would suffer losses at two and four, but Kruger picked up a 6-1, 6-1 win at five and
Milos Vuckovic added a 6-1, 6-2 win at six to secure the 5-2 victory.

Versus a ranked Harding squad, the Storm dropped the doubles point despite a 6-0 win by Kruger and Lena at the two position.

Scoppetta helped trigger the rally with a 6-4, 4-6, 7-5 win at the number one, while Lena followed up with a 7-6, 4-6, 6-4 victory at three to sandwich a loss at the two spot and even the match at 2-2.

HU would take a brief lead with a win at the four position, but SE would rally with a
Benjamin Finet win at number five by a 6-2, 6-2 score, followed by a Vuckovic rally victory at number six by a 5-7, 6-4, 6-3 tally to pull out the 4-3 match win.

The Storm would take on NWMSU in Tulsa, Okla., to complete the weekend and pi8ck up a 4-0 win.

Ondrej Nice 6-4, which was followed by a Scoppetta and Vuckovic 7-5 doubles win at number three to pi9ck up the doubles point.

Scoppetta carried his momentum into singles play with a 6-4, 6-2 win to stretch the lead to 2-0.

That would reach 3-0 with a Finet victory at number five by a count of 6-1, 6-3.

The shutout was complete when Vuckovic cruised to a 6-1, 6-2 win at number six to fashion he final score of 4-0.
