SE Closes Home Stand with Midweek ECU Matchup

DURANT, Okla. – Southeastern is set to welcome rival East Central to Mike Metheny Field on Feb. 18 for a single contest at 2 p.m. in the final game of its season-opening 12-game home stand.
 
The Savage Storm come into the contest with a 5-6 record overall on the season while the Tigers come to Durant at 3-7 on the year.
 
Tuesday's game is also a non-conference meeting.
 
Southeastern's offense is paced by Colton Buckner who is hitting .500 on the season with six doubles, a pair of home runs, and six RBI.
 
Grant Bruce and Chris Eusay are next in line, both hitting over .300 on the season with four doubles and eight RBI combined.
 
Southeastern starters are led by Jacob Potter and Davis Jenks who are each 2-1 with sub-3.00 ERA and have combined for 30 strikeouts.
 
KC Bryan has picked up a pair of saves in as many appearances without allowing a run, while Jason Porter also has three scoreless appearances.
 
ECU comes to town after dropping four of their last five and are led offensively by Dylan Lang who is hitting .345, while Hayden George and Murphy Bostick each have a team-high four RBI.
 
Ryan Collins leads the teams starters with a 2-0 record and a 2.12 ERA, while Davis Rogers has a save in four appearances.
