SE Set for Final Midweek Matchup vs. OC

DURANT, Okla. – Southeastern will hit the road for its final non-conference matchup of the regular season when it makes the trip to Edmond, Okla., to take on Oklahoma Christian in a single game at 6 p.m. on April 26.
 
The Savage Storm come into the matchup with a 28-18 record on the season and will be looking to snap a four-game losing streak, its longest of the season, before heading into its Great American Conference finale series versus East Central this weekend.
 
The SE offense is led by a group of five hitter batting better than .300, with that group led by Cameron French's .392 mark. French also has 13 doubles, three triples, four homers and 39 RBI.
 
Reid Rice is batting .354 on the year while providing the power with 18 home runs and 51 RBI which both lead the team.
 
Rice, French, Seth Morrow, and Richard Ware each have more than 30 RBI.
 
Kenneth Klier and Logan Teske have the last two midweek starts for the Storm pitching staff, with Teske leading the way among midweek starters with a 4-1 record and 28 strikeouts.
 
OC enters the contest with a 21-28 record on the year, with Tuesday's matchup set to be its last regular season contest of the season.
 
Tanner White paces the Eagle offense with a .310 average along with 10 home runs and 38 RBI, while four players total carry a .300 or better average.
 
Isaiah Alvaranga has a team-best five wins on the season on the mound, while collecting 62 strikeouts.
