Savage Storm Men Open at ITA Regionals

DURANT, Okla. – Southeastern men's tennis will open its 2022-23 season with the ITA Central Region Individual Championships set for Sept. 23-25 in Edmond, Okla., hosted by the University of Central Oklahoma.
 
The Savage Storm will send five players into the main singles draw beginning on Friday, led by Juan Gonzalez and Stipan Madzar who each enter with a 9-16 seeding.
 
That pair will be joined by Thabo Ncube, Diego Orduz, and Marin Jurkovic.
 
In doubles play, Jurkovic and Gonzalez will led the Storm in the main draw with a 5-8 seeding and will be joined in the 32 team field by Ncube and Madzar.
 
Southeastern's singles contests are slated to begin at 9:10 a.m. on Friday while the doubles matchups will be played beginning at 7 p.m.
