DURANT, Okla. – For the second-straight weekend Southeastern softball will play host to a conference opponent at the Southeastern Softball Field, this time welcoming Northwestern Oklahoma State for a three-game series with a doubleheader set for April 1 at 1 p.m. and a single game scheduled for noon on April 2.

The Savage Storm have won 11 of their last 14 Great American Conference outings and carry a 19-16 record overall and a 13-4 mark in GAC play.

SE has a foursome of .300 hitters in the lineup, led by three who are tied atop the team with matching .338 averages in
Gracie Ore,
Sabetha Sands, and
Iliana Olivares.

Olivares leads the team with 18 RBI, while Sands has a team-best 10 doubles.

Cheyenne Mahy is right behind at .326 and has a team-leading four home runs and is right behind OIivares with 17 RBI.

Mahy also leads the pitching staff with a 2.39 ERA while posting a 5-2 record on the year.

Reese Taylor is right behind with a 2.80 ERA and is 7-5 on the season, while
Amberlyn Walsworth also has seven wins on the year and carries a 3.92 ERA with a team-best 92 strikeouts.

NWOSU comes into the weekend with a 7-27 record on the season and a 4-13 mark in GAC play.

Hannah Howell leads the Ranger offense with a .343 average as well as five home runs and 22 RBI, while Macy Spearman and Abby DeTar are each hitting over .300.
