DURANT, Okla. – After a pair of tweaks to the schedule Southeastern baseball will be hosting Austin College for a single contest at 3 p.m. on March 7 at Mike Metheny Field.

Originally scheduled to play Washburn at a neutral site in Arkansas City, Kan., the Savage Storm postponed that contest due to the weather forecast in Kansas, opening the door for the contest against AC top be moved from March 14 up to Tuesday afternoon.

SE is coming off a series victory over Southwestern Oklahoma State over the weekend where the offense exploded for 29 runs over three games.

The offense has been on fire as the team has scored 46 runs over four outings.

In all, seven every day players have pushed their average above3 .300 on the season, led by
Damon Burroughs who used a huge week last week to lift his average to .407 with four doubles, three triples and a home run with 18 RBI while also stealing a team-high nine bases.

Burroughs has 18 RBI and is tied for the team lead with
Reid Rice who is hitting .380 with nine doubles, two homers, and 18 RBI.

Cameron Cromer,
Cameron French,
Seth Morrow, and
Jake Miller are each hitting over .300, with Ramirez, French, Morrow, and Miller each boasting double-figure RBI totals.

The Storm pitching staff is carrying a 5.42 team ERA which ranks sixth in the GAC.

The Roos come into the weekend with a 3-4 record on the season, but have dropped their last two outings.

AC is led on offense by Brandon Hill who is hitting .360, while Hill and Tripp Thomas each have a team-best six RBI.
