MUSKOGEE, Okla. – Southeastern steadily improved its team scores over three rounds as the Savage Storm fired an 888 at the NSU Men's Classic to finish in 10
th place at the event held at Muskogee CC in Muskogee, Okla.

SE finished three-shots behind Fort Hays State who was in ninth, and one shot up on Drury in 11
th.

Host Northeastern State won the event with a score of 851, followed by Harding and Southern Arkansas to round out the top three.

Dalton McGinnis again led the Storm on his way to finishing tied for 17
th after carding rounds of 70, 76, and 71 over the 54-hole event to finish with a 217.

Matthew O'Steen was the next golfer in, four shots back of McGinnis with a score of 221 after rounds of 78, 70, and 73, which placed him tied for 37
th.

Jesse Rouse closed the tournament tied for 62
nd after posting rounds of 76, 76, and 74 to finish at 226 for the event.

Trent Pollard followed with a 229 which was good for a tie for 70
th place after rounds of 76, 78, and 75.

Tristun Burnham rounded out the five member team with rounds of 82, 74, and 74 to card a 230 and finish tied for 74
th.

Nicholas Martin played the event as an individual and would open with a 79 and follow it with rounds of 80 and 78 which was good for a 237 which was tied for 87
th.

Southeastern will be back on the course Sept. 25-26 for the MSSU Fall Invitational held at Shangri-La CC at Monkey Island, Okla.
