HOT SPRINGS, Ark. – Southeastern Oklahoma State shoots 21-over 309 on the final day of the Battle for the Belt to end the two-day event tied for 11
th with a score of 34-over 898.

Henderson State remained in first place, finishing the tournament with a 54-hole score of 10-over 854. Southern Arkansas took second at 1-under 863, while the HSU B'team finished third at even-par 864. Arkansas Tech and St. Mary's rounded out the top five after shooting 2-over 866 and 8-over 872. The Savage Storm tied with Missouri Southern State, who also posted a 54-hole score of 34-over 898 at the Hot Springs Country Club.Â

Jesse Rouse held a par or better score for the event, turning in a 1-under 215 after shooting 5-over 77 on the final day. Rouse added three more birdies to his totals in the third round to finish the event with 13 on his way to an 11
th-place finish.

Trent Pollard (T48
th) followed Rouse, carding a 10-over 226 and 12-over 228. Gentry tallied two more birdies on the day and went even-par on the front nine to conclude the third round 2-over 74, while Pollard turned a 7-over 79.

Tristun Burnham posted a 12-over 84 score in round three to finish the event with a 54-hole score of 24-over 240 and 70
th on the player leaderboard.
Jesse Tandoy finished one shot back of Burnham with a score of 25-over 241, following a 7-over 79 round three.

Southeastern resumes action in Andover, Kan. on Oct. 14 and 15 at the Newman Invitational, hosted by Newman University at the Terradyne Country Club.
