DURANT, Okla. – Southeastern softball will hit the road for its third and final tournament weekend of the season when it travels to the Raising Cane's Softball Festival Feb. 16-18 in the Edmond, Okla., area.

Southeastern opens in Piedmont, Okla., with Central Missouri at 10:30 a.m. on Feb. 16 followed by a 1 p.m. matchup with Rogers State. Feb. 17 sees the Savage Storm move to Deer Creek HS in Edmond, Okla., to face off with Fort Hays State at 10:30 a.m. followed by a 3:30 contest versus Washburn. The squad will then close the weekend in Bethany, Okla., where they take on Missouri Southern State at 10 a.m. and finish with Northeastern State at 12:30 p.m.

The Savage Storm enter the weekend with a 3-5 record on the year after splitting four games last weekend at the Alvy Early Memorial Classic.

Sage Harlow leads a trio of .400 hitter for SE, posting a .481 average with four doubles and a team-high nine RBI on the season.

Gracie Ore is next in line with a .450 average that includes a home run and five RBI, while
India McMurray has hit .444 with a team-best three homers and seven RBI.

Kamryn Rackley,
Bailey Beard, and
Sammi Dutton are all also hitting .333 or better.

Amberlyn Walsworth leads the way in the circle with a 2-0 record and a 3.50 ERA with 14 strikeouts.
Alyson Malone recorded the team's other victory, while
Emily Simmons struck out a team-high 16 batters.

Central Missouri enters the weekend with a 2-2 record on the year after splitting four games at the Alvy Early Memorial Classic.

Rogers State comes into the weekend ranked No. 8 in the nation with a record of 7-3 after going 2-2 at the Edmond Invitational last weekend.

Ft. Hays State enters the weekend with a 5-1 record after opening the season 4-0 and splitting a pair of games on Thursday afternoon in a precursor to the weekend tournament.

Washburn enters the weekend with a 7-2 record on the year and is riding a five-game winning streak that included a sweep of its games at the Alvy Early Memorial Classic.
