SE Set to Host Ouachita Baptist March 22-23

DURANT, Okla. – Southeastern returns to Mike Metheny Field for a three-game home series versus Ouachita Baptist with game one now scheduled for 3 p.m. on March 21 with the final two games set for a doubleheader at 1 p.m. on March 23.
 
The Savage Storm come into the weekend with a 9-17 record on the season and a 2-13 in Great American Conference play.
 
SE is led on offense by Damon Burroughs who is hitting .364 on the year with seven doubles, two triples, and four home runs while driving in 18 RBI.
 
Nick Hill follows with a .348 average, while leading the team with 19 RBI.
 
Yanluis Ortiz is right behind with 18 RBI, while Cam Wheeler and Wesley Mithcell each have three homers and at least 10 RBI.
 
Jackson Sioson, Cameron Hauch, and Brody Logsdon each have two wins on the hill, with Sioson carrying a team-low 5.01 ERA.
 
Sioson and Hauch are tied for the team-lead in strikeouts with 28.
 
Ouachita Baptist comes into the weekend with a 16-11 record and a 9-6 mark in GAC play.
 
Wesley Scott leads the Tiger offense with a .348 average and 24 RBI with eight doubles and four homers.
 
Luke House paces the OBU pitching staff with a 401 record, while Chase Oberle carries a 2.29 ERA.
