DURANT, Okla. – Weather on Tuesday and Wednesday have forced Southeastern softball to move its series-finale versus rival East Central to April 11 at 3 p.m. at the Southeastern Softball Field, setting up a three-day homestand that features four games over three days.

Following Thursday's contest, the Savage Storm will then host Harding in a Great American Conference series, with game one of that set for 2 p.m. on April 12, followed by an April 13 doubleheader at noon.

SE enters the four-game homestand with a 21-19 record overall on the year and a 13-10 mark in GAC play.

Kady Fryrear leads the Storm offense with a .390 average, while
Gracie Ore,
Sage Harlow, and
Reese Taylor are each hitting better than .300.

Harlow paces the club in RBI with 28, with Ore next in line with 20.

Emily Simmons leads the pitching staff with a 3.07 ERA and a 7-4 record, with
Amberlyn Walsworth right behind with a 3.40 ERA and a 6-5 record. Taylor checks in with five wins and a 3.68 ERA.

All three starters post nearly identical strikeout marks, with Simmons and Taylor fanning 56 each, while Walsworth has struck out 55.

ECU enters Thursday's contest with a 17-21 record overall and an 8-15 mark in league play. The Storm are also looking for the series sweep after taking both games of a midweek doubleheader on March 12 in Ada, Okla.
