DURANT, Okla. – After pushing the series back two days for weather, Southeastern opens Great American Conference with a three-game road series versus Ouachita Baptist in Arkadelphia, Ark., with games one and two set for a 12:30 p.m. doubleheader on Sunday, Feb. 16 followed by the series finale at 1 p.m. on Monday afternoon.

The Savage Storm enter the series with a 1-6 record overall on the season and will be looking for their first GAC wins under head coach
Alan Trayler.

SE features four hitters who are hitting .350 or better, led by
Ryan Kirk who is batting .375 with a triple, two homers, and six RBI.

Gage Dollins is next in line with a .357 mark with two doubles, a homer, and two RBI, while
Coby Grimsley and
Brady Evans are each hitting .350 and each have a pair of homers.

Wesley Mitchell is the next hitter off that pace but does lead Southeastern in homers with three and RBI with 11 on the year.

Octavio Mendivil leads the Tiger offense with a .471 average, while Wesley Scott has a tea-best two homers and Isaac Nowell has driven in four RBI.

Chase Oberle leads the team's starting pitchers with a 3.00 ERA in 12.0 innings across two starts, but has yet to record a win, while Tag Pacot has put together a 2-1 record in relief with a 2.89 ERA and a team-best 15 strikeouts across 9.1 innings in four appearances.
