DURANT, Okla. – For the second-straight weekend Southeastern baseball is set to make a conference road trip, this time setting course for Russellville, Ark., to take on Arkansas Tech with game one slated for 6 p.m. on Friday, March 14 followed by a doubleheader on Saturday at 1 p.m.

The Savage Storm enter the weekend road series at 9-13 overall and 7-5 in Great American Conference play.

Wesley Mitchell leads the Storm every day starters with a .333 average, while
Chase Keeton carries a .323 average.

Both hitters have six home runs on the season, while Mitchell has added five doubles and a team-best 21 RBI.

Keeton has chipped in 16 RBI, while
Ryan Kirk ranks second on the team in runs batted in with 18.

The SE pitching staff is paced by
Daniel Collins who has a 2.36 ERA over six starts with a team-high 30 strikeouts.

Colton Clawson carries a 4.66 ERA with three starts, while
Brock Zimmer has three starts and seven appearances with a 4.95 ERA and is second on the team with 21 K's.

Arkansas tech enters the weekend with an 8-13 record overall and a 6-5 record in GAC play but has dropped four-straight, including a conference road series at Arkansas-Monticello.

Cole Dawson carries a team-high .343 batting average, while Sawyer Duddleston and Simon Murray lead the team with three home runs each, and Kirby Jenkins has a team-high 15 RBI.

Jack Rector leads the Wonder Boy pitching staff with a 6.35 ERA across six starts with a team-leading 40 strikeouts, while Daniel Hutchison is next in line at 7.96 with 23 strikeouts.
