DURANT, Okla. – Southeastern jumps back into conference play as it travels to Shawnee, Okla., to take on in-state rival Oklahoma Baptist in a three-game series set to open Friday, March 28 at 6 p.m. at Bobby Cox Field followed by a doubleheader on Saturday, March 29 slated for a 1 p.m. first pitch.

The Savage Storm are looking to snap a seven-game losing streak that has dipped them to 10-20 overall on the season while the team is currently in seventh in the Great American Conference standings with an 8-10 record in league play.

Wesley Mitchell who has lifted his average to .350 on the season and has hit safely in 21 of 28 games this season with 13 of those being multi-hit outings. He leads the team with seven doubles, nine home runs, and 30 RBI.
