Keeton Earns GAC Player of the Week Honors

DURANT, Okla. – Southeastern outfielder Chase Keeton has been named the final Great American Conference Player of the Week for the 2025 season following his huge weekend performance in a sweep of rival East Central.
 
He would finish the week which included the ECU series and a midweek victory over Southern Nazarene with a .650 average, collecting 13 hits that included two doubles, a triple, and four home runs.
 
Keeton drove in nine runs on the week and scored nine times.
 
His week started off big versus SNU as he tied SE's single game record for hits with six and wen ton to collect a hit in every contest for the week, homering twice in game two versus the Tigers and lifting his season batting average to .396.
 
Southeastern will be back in action in the Great American Conference Tournament at 1 p.m. May 1 when it takes on Arkansas Tech in Enid, Okla.
