VICTORIA, Texas – Southeastern remains in tenth at the Claud Jacobs Invitational at the end of the third round with a 54-hole score of 77-over 941. The Savage Storm put in their best round of the event on day two, shooting 22-over 310.
Nicholas Martin rose ten spots in the individual player to earn a top-20 finish and finish tied for 16
th at 6-over 222. Martin fired in his lowest-round of the event with an even-par 72 with five birdies. The redshirt junior shot 2-under par on the front nine and two-over par on the back half during the day.
Reid Sharp followed with a top-50 finish individually, placing 49
th with a three-round score of 22-over 238. Sharp turned in an 8-over 80 in round three, recording three birdies to end the event with seven total birdies. Both
Jesse Tandoy (T59) and
Dilyn Hart (T59) shot 28-over 243 across the 54 holes. Tandoy registered a 10-over 82 in round three, while Hart scratched in an 11-over 83 with a pair of birdies.
Tristun Burnham moved up two spots on day two after seeing his best play of the event, posting a 4-over 76 with a trio of birdies. Burnham wrapped up the 54-hole event with a combined score of 32-over 248.
Southeastern returns to the course on February 23 and 24 at the Crusader Cup at the Hackberry Creek Club.
