DURANT, Okla. – Southeastern will set out on its final Oklahoma road trip of the season on Oct. 23 when it travels to Shawnee, Okla., to take on Oklahoma Baptist at 6 p.m.

The Savage Storm head into the contest at 6-1 on the season after a 43-10 win over Northwestern Oklahoma State last Saturday for Homecoming at Paul Laird Field.

SE will continue its Homecoming tour this week after spoiling Southern Arkansas' two weeks ago and celebrating its own with a win last week.

The Bison come into the weekend with a 4-3 record on the year and coming off a 47-20 road win over East Central last Saturday.

SE boosted it offense to 34.7 ppg and 406 yards per game of total offense, led by its passing attack which accounts for 262.4 yards per game.

Defensively the Storm allow 21.4 ppg and after holding NWOSU to just over 200 yards of total offense, are allowing an average of 345.6 yards per game of total offense, while clamping down on opposing passing games by allowing just 169.7 ypg.

Southeastern's own passing game has been powered by
Daulton Hatley who has a pair of 300-yard outings along with last week's career-high four TD contest, while overall he is putting up 1,786 yards while completing 64.6 percent of his passes with 16 touchdowns.

He has spread the ball around, with a foursome of receivers carrying the load.

Marquis Gray leads that group in yardage with 463 yards on 20 catches, ranking among the best in the nation in yards per catch with 23.15 per reception, while adding three touchdowns, all of them 35-yards or longer.

Katrell Blakely has a team-best 32 catches with 316 yards and a touchdown, while
Braxton Kincade is next in line with 30 receptions and a team-leading five touchdowns.
Â
Duce Pittman rounds out that group with 20 grabs for 269 yards and three touchdowns.

The Ground game is led by
CJ Shavers who has collected 441 yards and a score on the season, while
Deundre Wheeler has become the finisher with 302 yards and a team-high eight rushing touchdowns.Â
Ryan Taylor has a pair of rushing scores as well and has amassed 216 yards on the ground.

On defense
Maalik Hall has led the way with 43 tackles along with 8.5 tackles for loss, three sacks, two pass breakups, a forced fumble and a fumble recovery.

Josh Mulumba is next in line with 38 stops to go with a pair of interceptions and four pass breakups.

Jaylen Shaw also has a pair of picks, while
Ke'Shawn Somerville and
Jeremiah Baltrip have six pass breakups apiece.

OBU comes into Saturday's contest led by its passing attack which has piled up 305.0 yards per game behind the play of Preston Haire who has 2,116 yards and 24 touchdowns while completing 64.1 percent of his passes.

Keilahn Harris and Josh Cornell have been his primary targets with each hauling in nine touchdowns, while Harris has 762 yards and Cornell has 570.

Tyler Stuever leads the Bison rushing game to the tune of 724 yards and three touchdowns, while Rueben Thompson has added six rushing scores.

Josh Arnold leads the defense with 62 tackles, 15.5 tackles for loss, and six sacks.

Tyler King and Jay Jordan have each recorded two interceptions, while Nick Boone and Malik Allen have each added 3.5 sacks.
