TAHLEQUAH, Okla. –
Carley Button posted a top-20 finish to lead Southeastern women's golf as the squad fired a two-day score of 667 to finish 14
th at the NSU Women's Classic held at the Club at Indian Springs in Tahlequah, Okla.

The Savage Storm finished four shots back of Newman in 13
th place, while besting 15
th place Oklahoma Wesleyan by 81 shots.

Southwestern Oklahoma State took the top spot with a 588, followed by Harding at 594 and Rogers State with a 597.
Â
Northeastern State and Arkansas-Ft. Smith rounded out the top five.

Button paced the Storm om her way to finishing tied for 18
th after carding rounds of 75 and 78 for a two-day total of 153.

Jayli Feeley was the next golfer in with a 166 over 36 holes after carding back-to-back rounds of 83 to finish tied for 59
th.

Lucy Handley was next in line after posting an 85 to open play and an 88 on day two to finish with a 173 to finish tied for 74
th.

Hailey Richard was just two shots back of Handley, posting a 175 for the event with rounds of 85 on Monday and 90 on Tuesday to finish tied for 76
th.

Hope Walthall rounded out the Storm competitors with rounds of 89 and 93 to post a 182 over two days and finish in 80
th place.

Southeastern will be back in action Oct. 2-3 when it travels to the Golf Club of Edmond for the Grace Shin Invitational in Edmond, Okla.
