DURANT, Okla. – Southeastern is set to return to Arkansas for the second time this season looking to get back in the win column when it treks to Monticello, Ark., to take on Arkansas-Monticello on Saturday, Oct. 12 at 2 p.m.

The Savage Storm enter the weekend with a 2-3 record following a Homecoming loss to then-No. 14 ranked Ouachita Baptist which saw SE outgain the Tigers offensively by more then one hundred yards while falling victim to a pair of big scoring plays in a 25-9 loss.

The Boll Weevils come into the matchup with a 2-3 record as well, but have dropped three-straight, including a 42-17 meeting with East Central in Ada, Okla., this past weekend.

The Southeastern defense has led the ay for the Storm on the year, ranking sixth in the GAC while allowing 25.2 points per game despite having already played three of the top four scoring offenses in the league.

Braeden Winters is second in the GAC in tackles with 9.8 per game, while
Tyveon Williams ranks 11
th with 7.0 per outing.

Winters also ranks in the top 10 in tackles for loss and sacks on the year, while
Michael Hookfin is second in the conference in passes defended.

The SE offense ranks sixth in scoring and is led on the ground by
DJ Brown who is averaging 63.8 yards per game which is seventh-best in the GAC.

Luke Hohenberger returned to the lineup last week and he threw for 162 yards and a touchdown and added 43 yards rushing in the contest.

Cergio Perez also made an appearance and has pushed his team-leading passing yard total to 650 yards with a pair of touchdowns.

Kobe Jennings has been the leading target with 14 catches for 234 yards and two touchdowns, while
Victor Taylor has picked up 219 in receiving on nine grabs with a pair of scores.

Gabe Corona is in the mix as well with 12 catches for 218 yards.

UAM enters the weekend with the seventh-ranked offense in the league, putting up0 21.4 ppg and the 11
th ranked defense which is allowing 37.8 per contest.

The Weevils are led on offense by Demilon Brown who has hit 60.4 percent of his passes for 951 yards with five touchdowns and nine interceptions, while adding 179 yards and four scores on the ground.

Isaiah Cross is his top target with 17 catches for 268 yards and a touchdown, while Royal Williams is next in line with a team-high two scores with 14 grabs for 210 yards.

AJ Bullock leads the UAM defense with 27 tackles, while Alfernee Hankins has picked up five tackles for loss.
